“You can be fully in charge of your life only if you can acknowledge the reality of your body, in all its visceral dimensions.”
When I wrote The Creator's Call, I spent two years studying every wisdom tradition I could find. Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Judaism—all of them.
As a guy who left the religion he grew up in, I had a bottomless curiosity for how other traditions answer life’s deepest questions.
I took their answers and compared them against my own life. But after I wrote the book I realized I missed something huge:
Purpose isn’t an answer you logically arrive at. It’s a feeling you experience in a life that you create. A full-body experience.
When I looked back at pictures of the times where I was the most stressed, feeling the most stuck, I was also the most out of shape.
If nothing changes until something changes, the easiest place to have the most immediate results is in your body. Because after all, you may not be able to completely control if your business makes or loses money, if your boss is a dick, or if you suffer an unexpected loss, but you can control what you put in your mouth to fuel your body and whether you move your meat suit on the daily.

Principle: When you start feeling progress in your body, it ignites the spark you need to create momentum elsewhere.

Invitation:

If you’ve found yourself getting out of the groove and don’t know how to start moving your body again, I thought I’d give you the routine that I’ve been doing for more than a decade that is simple and brutally effective. I thought I’d give it to you for free as a way to keep you moving on your journey!
Until next time,
Raleigh “Enter The Cave” Williams
